SINGLE TICKET FAQ:
ALL TICKET SALES ARE FINAL

NO REFUNDS - Exchanges up to 48 hours before performance is subject to a $10 exchange fee, per ticket.

WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON TICKET EXCHANGES?

Exchanges up to 48 hours before performance is subject to a $10 exchange fee, per ticket. You can exchange your single tickets through our single ticket hotline, 212-541-4516 or online.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF THERE IS A SCHEDULE CHANGE?

Audience members will be alerted should a schedule change happen. Please ensure the box office has your updated phone and email address.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY TICKETS?

Print at Home Tickets: 2 weeks before your scheduled performance. If you have not received your print at home tickets prior to your performance, when arrived at the theater, please visit our box office with your confirmed order number, and they will be able to assist you.

Standard Mail: 3 weeks before (if tickets are booked or exchanged less than three weeks before a performance, you can choose to hold your tickets at the Box Office or Print at Home).

Box Office Pick-upIf you choose to pick up your tickets at the box office, your tickets will be printed one hour before your scheduled performance for pick-up.  

Default Shipping on tickets bought online will be the Print at Home/E-Ticket method and will arrive in your email inbox 2 weeks before your scheduled performance. Please note that you are able to scan your e-ticket off your phone, and printing out your ticket is not necessary. 

Single ticket purchases are limited to 9 tickets per order and a no more than 50 tickets per production. If you would like more information on group sales, you can inquire here.

RUSH TICKETS

$25, two hours prior to curtain. 2 tickets per full-time high school or college student ID. Subject to availability, blackout dates may apply.

30 UNDER 30

$30 tickets are available to people aged 30 and under for all Second Stage productions! Simply use promo code 30 UNDER 30 to access tickets online. Only applicable for productions at the Tony Kiser and Hayes Theater.

Who is eligible? 30 under 30 tickets are available to anyone 30 years old or younger with a valid ID. 

How much are tickets? $30 plus applicable fees.

How do I get tickets? You may purchase them by phone at (212) 541-4516, at the box office, or online at 2st.com.

How many tickets can I buy? You can purchase two tickets per performance. Purchaser must have a valid ID stating they are 30 years of age or younger. Guest may be any age. 

Are there any special events to attend? For every production at the Tony Kiser Theater, we invite you to attend a 30 Under 30 After Party - complimentary with your ticket! Stick around after the performance for a special afterparty with complimentary drinks and snacks. The 30 Under 30 Party for Breaking the Story is after the May 16 performance.

I can’t go the night of the party. Can I go another time? Yes! Our 30 Under 30 Tickets are available for many performances of all our productions. Please note that availability of these tickets run out for certain performances so make sure to purchase your tickets early!

The Fine Print: You may purchase up to 2 tickets per government-issued ID showing date of birth. ID must be presented at will-call window. Ticket purchasers must be 30 years of age or under. Tickets may only be picked up the day of the performance beginning one hour prior to curtain. Limit 2 per order. All sales are FINAL. No refunds or retroactive discounts. If you need to exchange your 30U30 tickets for any reason, you may call our single ticket hotline at 212-541-4516 and each ticket is subject to a $10 exchange fee.  Subject to availability, blackout dates may apply.

HOW DO I REACH SUBSCRIBER SERVICES?

HOW DOES THE MONEY-BACK GUARANTEE WORK?

We will be able to refund your ticket if you foresee that you will not be able to attend any performances of a production that is in your season subscription package. Please note that you will not be able to use your unused ticket for a different production within our season or get a refund if that scheduled production has already ended its run. If you are interested in donating your unused ticket, please reach out to Subscriber Services and they can assist you with your tax-deductible donation!
