You may exchange tickets once during the run of the show. Please call to notify the box office of an exchange at least 24 hours prior to your ticketed performance. In addition, the box office must receive your tickets — by mail, FAX (212) 399-4115, messenger, or in person — before your tickets can be exchanged for another date.
Further, please remember guest tickets are not exchangeable, and subscriber tickets cannot be exchanged as a tax-deductible donation without the 24-hour notice outlined above.

The house management staff needs advance notice to accommodate patrons with special needs, including those who must remain in a wheelchair throughout the performance and those who attend with a seeing-eye dog.
